Please note: in addition to the shipping time is the processing time. Processing of your order can take between 1 to 7 days. Each product has different processing times due to different warehouses where the items are stocked.
International customers (outside of UK) are responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, fees, local taxes and any other fees charged by your country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Lad Butler. We ship international packages DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid" if your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs and for you to receive your package. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
A signature may be required on receipt of the parcel. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. When you order multiple items, you may receive each product at a different time. Many of our products are sourced from different warehouses and are shipped separately, so your full order may not always be delivered together. Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs in your country. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed. Although we use reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays.
All sales are final, no refunds. Our returns policy lasts for 14 days, during which time we can offer you an exchange in special cases. Any shortages or damage or defect must be reported within 2 days of receipt. To make your return, we require proof of purchase. Please forward your sales confirmation email to email@example.com and request exchange. We will then give you an address and instructions to send the product back to. Once your item is received, we will notify of approval or rejection of your exchange and, details of the next steps that will be taken. All postage expenses incurred in connection with a potential exchange situation, we will not cover the cost of neither way. Most products will have a Manufacturers Warranty included in the package that will apply. This warranty shall not include any defects or damages to goods resulting from misuse, failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations concerning use and maintenance, or damage that is not the result of normal use. This warranty does not include normal wear, labour or parts, including, without limitation where appropriate, batteries, light bulbs, fuses and filters. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper misuse or assembly of item.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before 5pm on the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you. However, if your order has already been processed or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address.
